Processing Time

The time required to prepare an order for dipatch varies.  Depending on size and Media. As a general guide please allow 1-5 working days.  Longer for oil paintings.  For details, please see individual items.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please allow up to 7 working days for Eu deliveries.

7-14 working days for Worldwide Deliveries.

Deliveries are shipped using Parcel Force and Royal mail recorded delivery.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Prince Artworks are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Refunds

Thank  you for shopping at Prince Artworks.  Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you are not entirely happy wth your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you recieved it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you recieved it.  Your item must be in the original packaging and include specific authenticity certificate included to match each item.  Please notify our team within 14 calander days via email, of your request to make a return prior to shipping, a member of the team will confirm email has been recieved and await returned item before issuing a refund.

(Email must include proof of purchase; date of purchase & attached invoice.) 

Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs on returns and are responsible for any delays or compications occured vis the shipping company used. A refund will not be made until item is recieved and in orginal condition.
